Atrainability is run by Trevor Dale - one the UK’s leading trainers of Human Factors. A former BA Training Captain of 34 years, he was one of the key figures behind the introduction of Human Factors training into British Airways to help reduce pilot error. He is now one of an elite team of ‘go to’ experts that NHS Trusts call when they find there are performance issues. In this respect he has designed and delivered national training programs such as the team-working module for The Productive Operating Theatre which was rolled out across the UK. His team is currently working across a number of private and NHS healthcare providers, many of whom have been in the news for making serious avoidable harm.
